Pilot use terms
These end-user terms cover authorised use of the SPEK Business Platform owner pilot, administered by SPEK Building Consultancy. Support and questions: Paul.Sholl@spek.ltd.
Permission and scope
Access is limited to the specifically authorised owner account for internal evaluation. No public registration, client account, team account or right to redistribute the software is offered by this pilot. Use only the access assigned to you; protect your account and do not share sessions or credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.
Client and job record changes are internal actions. They do not issue client documents, send external messages, approve payments, sign contracts or change external systems. Sending to SPEK General is a separate, explicit internal sharing action, visible to authorised team users when team access is enabled. Use existing approved SPEK processes for those decisions. Real business data and additional users must wait for the separate launch checks.
Review work before relying on it
This is an evaluation release with a limited feature set. Check dates, calculations, records and supporting evidence before using an output for professional or commercial work. No availability, recovery time or completeness guarantee is made for this pilot. Keep authoritative business records in the established systems until a separately agreed transition.
Microsoft and other components
Microsoft provides the sign-in platform, not the SPEK application. SPEK is responsible for this application and its support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microsoft gives no warranties regarding this application and accepts no liability arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Microsoft services remain subject to their applicable terms. Third-party software components retain their own licences and notices; these terms do not remove rights those licences provide. SPEK branding and application material remain subject to their applicable ownership rights.
Privacy, access changes and questions
Read the privacy notice before signing in. Access may be withdrawn or the pilot stopped while issues are investigated. Sign-out and access withdrawal do not automatically erase operational history or every stored identity record; ask Paul about access, correction or removal.
Report unexpected access, incorrect information or other problems through the contact above. These internal pilot terms do not create a paid subscription, client engagement or authority to act for a client.
